Summary

On July 28, 2016, 14 year old Bresha Meadows shot her father in the head as he slept, after what her mother says was a lifetime of abuse and domestic violence in the home. Bresha’s arrest and continued incarceration as she awaited trial spawned the impassioned #FreeBresha movement.
