Welcome back, everybody. It is the first episode of the new year.

And I know we're like halfway through January. And you did get like Dick Turpin technically

as a delayed sort of thing but I've not been well

and then I was away in Munich in Germany for work so that was fun so I've kind of been all

over the place a little bit and I just got back last night actually at 10pm was when I finally

got home and so today I was like, I had my notes done for days actually

because I was prepared for this. And I was like, I need to be ready to go so that when I get home,

I can just like set up the computer, set up the microphone and just get back to doing what we do best.

Talking about people from history who have been misrepresented generally

through the eyes of the pale and stale males,

thus, as we know, just poisoning our perception of, you know, cool people.

I mean, sometimes, you know, people do dodgy shit and that's fine.

But we support women's rights and we support women's wrongs.

And you know me, I don't believe in slut shaming. I believe in

slut faming. And that is why we are talking about who we're talking about today because I thought

let's start the year as we mean to go on. Not late, because that's not great, but like the other

stuff. So news before we get into anything else,

I have a live show coming up in Dublin on the 3rd of February,

Saturday, 3rd of February, 24.

And it is the bank holiday weekend.
