technically I'm in the exact same place that I was last week on the floor in my closet but mentally and emotionally I'm

feeling a lot better not a hundred percent I still don't have any furniture

I've essentially been living without furniture for a month at this point.

I spent a few weeks at my apartment in San Francisco after they took after the

moving truck came with just like an air mattress and now I'm here with a

futon and so it's just hard to feel grounded when you don't have any of your shit.

I do have Wi-Fi.

I named my my Wi-Fi network, Queen of the Shichow, so I'm curious what my neighbors think about that.

Speaking of which, so Sophie, she is one of our fellow shit shows, she sent me the most beautiful wood cheese board, like the board

itself. I didn't get any cheese. Like what's up with that Sophie but it's the most beautiful

cheese board with a Queen of the Shitch show engraved in it. It is amazing. That

cheese board and some cheese on top and who the fuck cares about furniture.

But yes, the last few weeks have been quite a doozy, but I really need to recognize,

acknowledge how well I've handled all of this.

And I used all the tools that I have.

I prayed, I meditated, I went to in-person meetings,
