1:09.6	This episode that I'm going to record today is going to be my alcohol story time after two years of completely removing alcohol from my lifestyle. What I've learned where I'm at and how I'm re-approaching alcohol going forward in life. So I recorded this at the beginning of the semester. And it was the episode
1:31.4	I told you guys where I talked for a full hour. And then the audio just mysteriously glitched.
1:35.8	There was a glitch in the matrix. I don't know what happened. The episode just disappeared.
1:40.7	So I'm not sure. Maybe it just wasn't time. But alas, we have arrived and the timing is perfect. And we're going to get into it today. So for anybody that's new here, I will run through, I did a one year sober, curious episode where I went one full year, no drinking, and kind of gave my thoughts and
2:03.3	takeaways, which most of them haven't changed hitting the two year mark. Now we're approaching
2:07.0	the two and a half year mark. But once I hit the two year mark, that's when I decided I was like,
