I am tired. I'm tired of certain things that I come across on the internet. And today, I just want to

gripe to you guys about what I'm tired about. And frankly, if you enjoy the Council of Trent,

I think one reason you might enjoy this podcast, this channel, is because I cover things that are

not this, that have a reprieve from this in the Catholic world.

So welcome Mondays and Wednesdays.

We talk apologetics and theology.

Friday we talk about whatever I feel like talking about.

And today I want to talk about Catholic commentary on the internet.

I don't listen to podcasts very much, so I don't know how much this applies there.

But a lot of people will do,

their podcast will be a subsidiary or derived from their YouTube channel. So I know a lot of people

myself, I mean, I started like this. Back in 2018, I was doing a podcast and then migrated to

YouTube and made the video, what I put on YouTube podcast form. Or usually used to be someone

would turn on their microphone and just start talking and then upload it. A lot of people

have gone on to Catholic channels. They just turn on their webcam, start talking, and then

they go live. They'll go live to people and people will be watching them live.

Then they will end the live stream. They'll download the audio of that later that day or the next day and put it on for their audio podcast channel.

And I do something similar here for Council of Trent, right? I will upload episodes to YouTube.

They'll schedule them to go out, let's say,

8 a.m. 7 a.m. on a. on a Wednesday morning. Those will go out, and I think the audio podcast,

maybe it goes out a few hours earlier to get into the podcast networks, get filtered, to go out like that. But I am just sort of tired of a lot of the Catholic commentary I see on the internet. It's just people trying to find

something clickable to talk about and usually to just complain about. And it's just not really
