we're going to record a podcast. And in the spirit of Game of Thrones I picked a quote from those books

So we'll come to that but before we get to that quote

Let's review the words from episode 97.

So we had distend, buttress, repudiate and waiver.

Distend, that means to swell or to cause something to swell by pressure from the

inside, like swelling up like a balloon. Butress. A butress is a support of stone or brick, usually supporting a wall.

Butress in general is a source of defense or support and it can be used as a verb as in to

butress something so to butress an argument or to butress a structure

repudiate butters a structure. Repudiate, that means to refuse to accept or be associated with or to deny the truth of,

to deny the validity of something, so to contradict Waver. Waver means you shake with a quivering

motion to become unsteady or unreliable or to be undecided about various paths of action.

They give you a chance to be brave, a chance to be bold, to rise above whatever difficulties you're going through and I think that's a powerful idea.

So if you are afraid of anything in your life, you're being given a chance to be brave, to learn something about yourself, to grow.
