0:39.8	and smog that keep you from the understanding that you are not only. smug that
0:45.0	what keep you from the understanding that you are not only part of something beautiful,

0:51.0	What do I mean by fog and smog? It's like, he, this, and she, that, and they this, and I do da da da da da.
0:58.3	I know mind, you know, that unquestioned mind that takes up all the space but then there's guilt
1:06.1	there's guilt when we think say or do anything we experience what we refer to as unhappiness, a lack of closeness, a kind of aloneness.
1:28.3	And that's just off.
1:31.8	You can feel the difference between joy and what I'm pointing to.
1:38.8	So the short version is we identify and question the thoughts that cause everything that I that you may have heard when I was talking and I'll just say the cause of suffering
1:52.8	Cause of all suffering and no one can give you this.
1:57.8	I certainly can't.
1:58.8	No one can give you this kind of information other than you looking to you, looking to yourself.
