I'm Mark Stephen. He's you and Macal Ruth. We're doing something a bit different than this one.

Yeah, traditionally we've cooked bacon as part of our programme outside on a wooden fire.

But there's loads of alternatives. It didn't have to be bacon. We have tried to get low food mills baking by buying it locally, which is great.

But there's loads of other things you can be doing as well.

Our senior producer, Helen Needham, who's with us this morning, I actually put a post up on Facebook saying any suggestions for alternative breakfasts and you kind of got caught by surprise.

Well, I was quite overwhelmed by the response actually because I thought one or two one or two people will get in touch, but we've had over a hundred suggestions for different breakfast.

Some of them do involve bacon, but all sorts of things. So it's quite hard to choose, but I have gone for a Mexican suggestion, and I think it was Carol Dunwoody maybe some other people that suggested

chevos rancheros

which translates from the Spanish as eggy ranchos or something

something like that which apparently is very easy to make
