Summary

Mike Norvell turned the Florida State program around in large part due to his strong messaging about hard work and emphasizing the importance of focusing on the processes necessary to foster excellence. The culture changed at FSU, and the results followed. But the CFP's decision not to invite Florida State is a big challenge to that culture, and this offseason will require strong messaging to retain that culture. The addition of DJ Uiagalelei should help, though. Please rate and review this podcast! Every 5-star review helps! Support the podcast via the Unconquered Podcast Patreon page. The first part of this episode is going to be taken

0:40.9

from the end of the hot takes episode that I was recording immediately after the

0:47.6

Orange Bowl and it became pretty clear as I was going on this long rant in response to a very good question that had come in during the game

0:56.4

that this was going to extend the Hot Takes episode further than it should be

1:01.2

So I went ahead and cut this from that episode and then decided to release it as
