And we are back for another episode.

Today, we are on Zoom recording remotely.

We're sorry that this episode is late.

We've had actually some illnesses

going around. Lauren was sick first, and now I'm sick, as you may be able to tell.

Yeah, I feel like our Friday upload day has actually just become a weekend upload. Like, we

used to always post on Fridays, but now I think we just post between Friday and Sunday.

So honestly, for us, this is not that late.

But we were going to record on Thursday.

And then I came down with a bit of sickness.

And now Maddie's sick.

But we're just going to do it.

Yeah.

We're just going to push through.

I'm going to try not to sneeze because I have some sort of cold. I didn't know that people

really got cold in the summer. And I also really haven't been doing much. So I don't know how I got

sick. Because usually if I get sick, it's because I stay out late. Like I'll stay out until 4 in the

morning and then I'll be sick the next day. But last weekend I did nothing, really.

I didn't go out very much. So not sure how I picked this up. But hopefully it goes away soon.

That's all I can say. Yes. Today we are going to be talking about relationships. More specifically,

our non-negotiables in relationships.
