commercial real estate like where do i start? You know, if I want to get into commercial real estate, like,

where do I start, right? And whether you're a single family investor, whether you're a

wholesaler or flipper, maybe you're just somebody and I get doctors and Dennis and all kinds of

real estate. The opportunity itself is, you know, in my opinion, the best out there. And they see

it as this vehicle, this path for really unlocking financial freedom, transitioning out of maybe,

you know, high earning W2, you know, maybe a nine to five grind. Maybe you have your

own, you know, real estate business that you're just grinding in and you're stressing in and

you just constantly are thinking about, man, I got to do this a little bit of a smarter way.

Hence why so many people over time eventually gravitate towards commercial real estate.

But for a lot of people, I don't know about you, but for me, it was, man, like, I feel confident

in investing in single family real estate, but how do I break into commercial?

You know, it seems really hard to engineer and value these deals and what if I mess up and, you know, I don't

understand what cap rates and IRAs and all this language is. How do I look at leases?

You know, there's a lot of things that go into it that just like anything, you know,

if you were a dentist, it took you a while to learn how to be a dentist, but you grew confidence

and created a career out of it. If you were a doctor, you built confidence grew confidence and created a career out of it. If you were a

doctor, you built confidence over time and created a career out of it. If you are, you know,

a pharmacist, if you are a lawyer, if you're whatever, right? It takes time to learn anything that
