the first person to set up meat by mail order, and the first man in Scotland to donate a kidney

altruistically. The man in question is John Fletcher. Now, I went to visit him recently on his farm

at Oktar Makti in Fife to discuss his life with deer, his ideas about rewolding,

and the very rewarding experience

of donating a kidney.
