This time of year can be hard for so many of us. It certainly is for me.

I plan to have an all-new episode of the podcast this week, but I'm taking some time off with my kids and I couldn't finish editing and writing it in time.

for the next couple of weeks and it'll be back in January with the last three episodes of this
