0:06.1	I worked closely with producer Mark Green and journalist Leah Haddock during Ms Haddock's
0:10.6	investigation into Lime Town.
0:13.5	After yesterday's broadcast, I am authorized to issue the following statement from APR.
0:19.3	Our mission at APR is to further the public interest by reporting the highest quality
0:24.5	news we can.
0:26.3	For the sake of an investigation, Ms Haddock met with a credible source for a live interview.
0:32.2	Ms Haddock has been missing since the broadcasting of this interview.
0:37.0	We allowed one of our own reporters to put herself in a position of clear danger and we
0:42.4	allowed the live broadcasting of this event to the public.
0:46.8	We were wrong, terribly wrong.
0:51.2	We are launching our own internal investigation into what decisions led to this segment being
0:55.6	allowed on air and all of those involved, including myself, will be held responsible.
1:03.2	Furthermore, the federal Bureau of Investigation has opened an inquiry into Leah's disappearance
1:08.4	and apparent abduction.
1:10.7	We are working closely with them and all state and local law enforcement on the matter.
1:17.0	More than anything, our thoughts are with Leah's family and loved ones and Leah herself.
1:23.3	She was one of our own and we will do everything we can to bring her home.
