I was just on a bike ride.

A cold bike ride, so I was wearing a Balclava

and a full winter kit which also just helps me hide a little bit from yeah just life in general at the moment.

Hold on does that mean that you're going to do this entire podcast in your shammy?

Shoddy, Dave, is that true?

I literally, you are in your shammy it's training time or no?

Showme time is training time and I need it because I literally only did 35 minutes on the bike.

I just wrote about the time trial bike I built this year and all that thinking and

ready with the bike motivated me to go for a ride on said bike.

Ronan I think you putting in only what would you say 35 minutes today is perfectly fine

given that you sent me your riding summary from

last week and let me see if I can recap this summary that you that you

described you said that you were you felt like you needed to ride to clear your head, but you ended up riding for so long that you forgot what you were clearing your head about.

So something to that effect, yes. And thanks for just dropping me in it there.

I was actually working on reviews for a series of bikes and wailies

and all sorts that were reviewing at the moment.

So that wasn't training at all.
