On December 25, 1980, a man named Alexander Rubel was born who would strike terror in the town of Tallinn, Estonia.

Alexander was a Ukrainian-born teen living in Tallinn, who, from a young age, began huffing

gasoline and other solvents.

When he was 16 years old on September 19, 1997, Alexander got

high and killed his handicapped neighbor. I could not find any reason or events that may have

led up to the murder, but according to later testimony, he felt the urge to kill for a while

and chose Tanu polled because he knew he wouldn't be

able to fight back. He waited a little bit and on November 7, 1997, he picked out his next victim.

This time he chose a man named Alexei Pavlov, who was a guest at his family home and who

Alexander's father, Andre, believed, was

courting his wife. He was stabbed four times by Andre before Alexander led him into an empty room

and strangled him to death before throwing him from a third-story window. Andre Rubel was charged

as an accessory to murder and sentenced to seven years in prison.
