Well, not with the way they played. You'll take a point back after that for the moment.

The fact that they were so outplayed in this game that they have basically stolen a point

away in the group. From Milan's perspective, they will be kicking themselves with the pressure

they had, with the breakaways they had, with the pace down the flanks and just the poor

finishing and we saw little clips of it there, but there was a lot more than that. But

yeah, from a Newcastle perspective, you play like that in this competition continuously

and you're definitely going out. There's no doubt about it, right? There's a lack of

ahesion in this season. Matchday 1, Aston Villa was a little bit of an anomaly. We know

that. Villa got some injuries. It was a close game for a while. The Newcastle kicked

on and we thought, wow, is this what, is this is what's going to come for the rest of

the season? And they've just completely gone flat since then. They did get a victory

at the weekend, but they've not played well. They've not played well in the middle of

the park. They haven't played well in forward areas and they got completely outplayed by

Milan side that got battered at the weekend, by the way. And Milan side that were lacking confidence

off the back of the Inter Milan thrashing and yet they completely outplayed Newcastle.
