And I'm Sierra for this week's episode, Megan and I thought it would be fun to do.

And according to us, advice episode, I think it's been a couple months at least since we've done one.

If you guys ever want to participate in an advice episode,

we always ask people that follow us on Instagram to send in some advice. And so our Instagram is

out according to all letters and numbers if you want to partake in that. So we'll obviously

get around to that a little bit later. We always like to start off with catch up,

reading updates, anything else we want to fill you guys in on just to give you guys the 4-1-1.
