Summary

(Postponed release by two weeks due to protests)

Honored to speak with Canadian and Arcteryx athlete Adam Campbell (38:19). He has been a hugely successful ultrarunner who has suffered some tragic events. One nearly cost him his life when in August of 2016, he fell off a mountain during an FKT attempt. But the biggest tragedy occurred in January of 2020 when he lost his wife Laura "LK" Kosakoski from a ski accident. How does one find the strength and courage to move on? We get into it in our chat. Also, past guest and coach Jason Koop comes on (6:22) to speak and memorialize his friend, noted author and podcaster David Clark.
