That being said, let's jump into today's episode.

This is my fourth time starting the recording for this podcast because the first time my

sons upstairs were playing chess and they got in a fight, and so I had to go upstairs and

I had to solve that and I had to yell at them and tell them that they needed to stop it

because I'm recording a podcast on anger, and then I came back down, I had to delete

that and I started back over about five minutes in and then my dogs are wrestling and barking

at each other and it ruined that take, which was fantastic.

So I had to go over there and I don't know who was bossed and then I was doing a podcast

about anger, and then I was about 15 minutes into my last take when my son Brady needed

to get wiped.

And so if I would have kept that recording, you would have heard this faint, I'm done

in the background while I was trying to record and I had to go upstairs and I literally

while he was sitting in the toilet said, Brady, I'm recording a podcast like he knows

that, you know, like he cares and it's on anger.

And so I just feel like Jesus is teaching me this in real time and less I should come

across as someone who knows what that I'm talking about, I don't, I just, it's someone
