I've got a personal interest in this.

Years ago I was faced with my own bills for tens of thousands of

dollars for health care, but it's political too about that question whether

government should provide or pay for health care. Barak Obama said yes it should.

Donald Trump says oh no it shouldn't. So I've been back to talk to Washington insiders

about what happens now and to Americans on the sharp end paying for care or needing care in a crisis.

I spoke to the doctor and he said it appears you have a tumor you You know, and I asked, what kind of tumor?
