of moments, because you know, I listen to me. This is a true honor, sir. So thank you so

much for having me on. Well, first of all, thank you for the kind words. And more importantly,

it's great to have you on here. We're going to talk about your journey in just a minute,

what you do, how people can find you. You've been bouncing around and showing up in a lot

of the Xbox projects recently. And frankly, I have a lot to, on behalf of the Xbox community,

we have a lot to thank you for helping us as Xbox push accessibility forward. So we'll

talk about that in just a minute. But before we get started, Ethan, you're on the team here

at Xbox, you used to be a mixer. You're on the team at Xbox. Tell us a little bit about what

you do on your, on your side of the fence. So thanks for asking. I work with the design

for Xbox team and for folks that don't know what design for Xbox is like we are the third

party arm of hardware at Xbox. So when Turtle Beach, your Logitech, your geek made designs

makes anything for the console. They work with our team to make sure that that's like

a quality experience that everything works that our fans will be happy, happy. And so I work
