Really excited to be back and at it. I am up in Portland, Oregon.

Finally got my podcasting rig set up out here for the summertime, really enjoying

the weather out here and my mom and sister live out here,

so it's great to be out here with them. And to also enjoy all the good restaurants. If you haven't been to

Portland, it's a really fun place to visit. There's a couple of restaurants. If you haven't been to Portland, it's a really fun place to visit.

There's a couple of restaurants. Check out Afuri, AFU-R-I, Af-E-R-I,

a Fury, and it is a really good ramen shop from a guy from Japan that came out to Portland had opened a ramen shop out here.

And then also, I would say my favorites right now, another place called Ox, phenomenal steak,

another place called Tusk,

which is some of the best hummus I've ever had my life.

And then, of course, the micro breweries out here

are to die for.

There's just so many brew pubs making their own beer and you could just spend weeks just bouncing around different breweries and trying different beers.

So I have also been trying to do some outdoor activities to burn off that beer gut because that'll sneak up on you real quick.

Speaking of beer, I am back together with my old Ignatian co-host Alex Albrecht for this show.

This is an episode it is we call it

talking tech. It's just where we get together every few months talk about our favorite

tech stories that are going on during that time and this time we got in some real fun stuff.

We were talking about flying cars which it sounds like a you know futuristic 20 30 years

out but really they are selling them now.

They're not really flying cars.
