Hello, it's Danny Howard here with a brand new mini mix

But she's no newbie to the scene

Her mantra is The Pen, the Mike, the Dex

Because she really can do all of those things

The singer, writer and DJs

Put her fingertips over loads of records

And work with artists including

basement jacks, Camelphat, Sonny Federa and more over the years. And most recently, you might

recognise her from her track overpowered with Smoky Bubbling Bee, as well as her rework of

million dollar bill alongside Beyond Chicago and Majestic. For her mini mix, Alex has showcased the full

breadth of her styles and genres, the ones that she loves, and she's called a mini-mix, Alex has showcased the full breadth of her styles and genres,

garage, dirty basement. I am liking the sound of that. She says that she grew up in an era

where all these sounds came together on the same dance floors. They were played on the same

tapes and can definitely be found during her sets.

She wanted to encompass all the flavors that get her going as well as covering the spectrum

of her current and upcoming releases.
