I've not seen how do that many podcasts. I've seen a few but a lot of you will have enjoyed his social media work because it's wonderful because he's wonderful. And yeah, I was really excited. I did a tweet a little while ago saying who would you like to hear on the podcast and Alistair was requested a few times. I said I'd be well up for that. He said he'd be well up for that.

This is the introduction is the introduction to distraction it's been.

I'll start recording it. I rushed into the record there because we were talking about metal nights in in wrongford. And that's a strong memory for me.

for me man. I don't think I've really chatted about it. And long time weirdly, I was trying

to find workout playlist recently and I was trying desperately to remember the name of

the metal night at Hollywood to see if anyone had put a playlist together. Yeah. Because

I thought I'm now old enough where I'll be motivated by angry music in my teens. Yeah.

You cannot get on that road machine without some sound garden. Yeah. I can't do my workouts

today. There's no Metallica. The thing that has always has got me in recent years as I've

grown up and I got really into hip hop and learnt about hip hop a lot. It's always been a mystery

to me which hip hop has crossed over to metal nights. So Jurassic 5 will get played, Cypress

Hill will get played. 100% the beastie boys. What is the logic like? There's no clear distinction

of how these were the chosen ones. Yeah. There was a big crossover. I don't know what

came first chicken or egg but some of it is to do clothing, merch stuff. Do you remember

the old shops that sold you know you had basic sort of long-sleeved t-shirt things and

they even had Pearl Jam on them, Cypress Hill. You know what I mean? There was a big crossover

with two pants on two pack. Yeah. Two pack RIP. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Exactly. Imagine someone wore that with some sort of suit so you mystic make RIP. What

happened? Wait and see. You'll find out not saying much. Yeah, you'll say. Megadeff
