Amy Bishop was found in a parking lot

by police with a loaded shotgun waving it around and there's a big crowd of people around. Like,

not to mention multiple officers, but we're in a public parking lot in Alabama. Also, Amy's 21 years old.

It's kind of a strange situation if you're a bystander.

People said that she looked disoriented and panicked. Like she didn't really know what was going on,

but anytime you look at somebody with a loaded gun in public, you feel like they must have some

intention. Something is happening. But Amy looked confused.

Now, she's not directly pointing this gun at officers or anybody nearby, but she is

waving it around, looking around, seeing who's around her, using this gun as a barrier between

her and everyone else. So it's not directly pointing, but it is threatening.

Now, Amy could have, and quite frankly given the situation, maybe should have been shot on site.

And I know that might seem a little bit harsh, but the officers know something. Actually,

they know two things to be true. One, Amy had used

this loaded gun, pointing it at two mechanics and demanding the keys to one of the cars

that they were working on. She told them some type of lie that tried to paint her as the victim,
