Thanks be to God.

We've been on a series for a few weeks now that we're calling all kinds of prayer.

And what we've been camping on is praying in the spirit, which is key to praying with all kinds of prayer.

In Ephesians 6 and 10, he had begun by talking about being strong in the Lord.

And then he went on to talk about the armor of God.

And when he got through talking about that and standing against, standing against, standing against

the wilds of the devil.

And isn't that what you're doing when you're not worrying?

You're resisting it, right?

If you just gave into it, it wouldn't be hard to worry.

All you got to do is nothing.

Just go with the flow of the upset world.

But you have to resist it, don't you yes you have to keep saying no no i'm not i'm not sitting here thinking about

that and i'm not going to worry about that i'm not going to yield to this whatever it is of the

enemy but then he leads this up to verse 18 about praying.

And of course, you know, Philippians talks about this.

Be careful for nothing.

In other words, Amplified says, do not fret.

Don't have any anxiety about anything. But in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving, let your

request be made known to God.

Then he goes on to talk about the peace that passes understanding.
