Let me just, let me just explain something really quickly before we dive in today's topic.

Let me just explain to you that this episode and the end of last week's episode was supposed

to be done, signed, sealed, delivered by yesterday.

And I just need to explain to you something because sometimes, I don't know, I don't know

if anybody, I'm sure other people are like this too, but me personally, I don't want people to struggle.

I don't want people to have hard days.

But whenever people do share those things and I feel like there are a few steps ahead of me

and maybe I look up to them or I aspire to be more like them in some way or like I think

that they have it all together and then they share and they kind of peel back

the curtain and they're like actually it's an absolute you know what show over here um like it makes

me feel better so let me just tell you yesterday was that day for me it was just pure nonsense all day

long i mean it was ridiculous at point, I was sitting in my closet

trying to knock out this dag-um podcast yesterday, last week's podcast. And I got interrupted

no less than 50 times because, and world problems and I know like people are going to

roll their eyes at this but like the cleaners came later which actually that flows perfectly
