Arguably the line of the night, because the issue was perhaps the most impactful in last year's election,

the line of the night from President, again, Trump, was on border security.

The media and our friends in the Democrat Party kept saying we needed new legislation.

We must have legislation to secure the border.

But it turned out that all we really needed was a new president.

And boom goes the dynamite.

Boom goes the dynamite.

And it was.

Yeah.

And by the way, that's not me saying it, perhaps the most impactful.

That's none other than David Lianhart opinion section boss over at the Grey Lady.

Oh, my goodness.

Oh, what's going on there?

We're in Haiti territory.

Now, we had 8 million immigrants coming to the country.

It appears about 5 million of them entered illegally, a vastly faster pace than under Trump or Obama.

Almost immediately, immigration surged. It was never what most Americans, never what most American

voters wanted, and it was particularly not what lower income voters across races wanted.

Well, that didn't matter because when you're an open borders ideologue, you're not particularly interested in what lower income voters or

anybody else has to say about what you're doing and they paid a political price for it.
