So after pleading not guilty, we are now pleading guilty. The Missouri woman, Lisa finally, F-I-N-D-L-E-Y, has pleaded guilty to one count of

male fraud in U.S. District Court in Memphis, Tennessee.

As part of a plea deal, prosecutors agreed to dismiss one count of aggravated identity theft

that was previously filed against her.

What did she do?

Well, she is the evil human being that tried to fraudulently take Elvis Presley's Graceland estate.

No, that is not going to happen, and it did not happen.

So the judge said, you understand what you're pleading guilty to?

Finley said, yes.

She did not make a statement after that.

Prosecutors are recommending Finley receive a 57-month federal prison sentence.

That's not long enough.

Trying to take Graceland like that.

I mean, she admitted that the government's factual basis in the case, true and accurate.

And that the case had gone to trial, the evidence would establish her guilt beyond reasonable doubt.
