Hello, everyone, and welcome back to my pleasure. And I am really happy to be here. I've really

had a weird, a weird week. Like, I was sick. I got my period. I know that's not weird for being a girl, but whatever. I, I like hate how this

intro is going already. I've stopped and started. You guys, I just feel like I want to fall on the

bathroom floor. Do you ever just visualize that the only thing

that feels right for you and for how you feel is to just be on the bathroom floor and like

just like feel the cold tile on your skin and like have that be what you just deserve.

Like you just deserve to be a person on the floor of a bathroom.

And like I don't mean like a sketchy gross bathroom.

Like it's your bathroom, you know know but it's just that is a visualization

that comes to me a lot when I feel down is I just feel like God I feel like a pile of of bones and

like body and I just want to be collapsed and have all my weight on the bathroom floor so that's a

really nice way to start this episode, I think.

I didn't really do Christmas.

I really leaned into being Jewish this Christmas,

which was kind of the first time I've ever done that.

Like I looked at Christmas through the perspective of a person who was fully Jewish and you know I'm

not I'm half and half I'm half seas and I know everyone's like what is that you can't be half a

religion I know okay but being Jewish is like a culture and sort of an ethnicity in its own way so

we're not doing that conversation today. But I really leaned

into being Jewish and like, oh, like some people just don't, and not just Jewish people, like a lot of

people who are not Christian, we just don't, they don't have Christmas. And that's completely normal to

them. And I was like, oh, I'm just going to like look at this from that perspective.
