Hello again, it's always nice to see you.

Today I decided to do something simple and innocent, yet hopefully distracting and pleasant enough for you to watch. And today we're going to talk about the beauty of the world,

of how wonderful all of these connections are that are happening around us every day.

And I'm going to do that with the use of my hands.

I'm going to create different shapes and silhouettes for you.

Hopefully they will be hypnotizing as well as relaxing and entertaining at times.

So, let's start. Please follow my hand movements

to reach a deeper relaxation

and help you get into a trans-hypnotized type of a state of mind as we are talking about the beauty of the world.

And I would like to challenge you to go outside and take a look around yourself.

Take a look at all the beautiful details that we sometimes overlook and forget to see and acknowledge as we go on with our busy little lives.

There's so much beauty. So follow me.

I see trees and green.

Yet they changed their color to golds and yellows and reds as the fall arrives.

Their trunks are so big and strong.

They become homes to so many very important aeatians. They make so many beautiful fruits and nuts.

Red roses too.

I see them blue

for me and you.

Isn't it amazing how much

beautiful scent can re-hand of one tiny little flower? We just want to surround ourselves with it as much as we can.

And we think to ourselves, what a wonderful world.
