The Bastion Gorka, let's get the truly important stuff out of the way we had the Supreme Court decide not to hear the case regarding Pennsylvania election fraud.

The case was brought by several members, it's associated with Mike Kelly, US Congressman Mike Kelly.

They decided not to hear that case, it's not a decision on the merits of the case, but they decided not to, however, far more important is the decision by the Attorney General of Texas to bring a case against other states in the Union for acting unconstitutionally six weeks ago during the presidential election.

Let me give you the latest update, because it also involves the White House as well. This is from the Daily Wire from Tim Pierce.

Breaking Trump administration will join Texas lawsuit against battleground states.

The Trump administration will be intervening in the lawsuit in front of the Supreme Court filed by Texas against four other states over alleged violations of election law.

The president has stated, we will be intervening in the Texas case, this is the big one our country needs a victory, and here are the details.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed the lawsuit on Tuesday against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, arguing that the states should be blocked from voting in electoral college.

They have been under the same law for over alleged violation of election law, so the states have disqualified themselves from calling their electoral college votes for the president.

The Supreme Court ordered the states to respond to the suit by Thursday. What day is it today?
