Twitter feed. It's Matt Walker 46. So Matt Whitaker 46. Let's get to business. I want to talk about the book. I've been given some great, great questions to ask you. But first, I have to discuss the flin case. Since we met just development after development after development. DOJ says the AG bar brings in an outside and not a DC swamp creature, which is exactly why you were such a great acting. AG because you weren't a swamp creature. He, I can't.

I can't remember his name. Jeff Jensen from Jeff. Thank you. Who said, uh, there's no predicate. No crime was committed. These charges should be vacated. Emmett Sullivan, who's been stretching this like a piece of rubber refuses to shut us down the federal judge. Last week, Sydney power, Mike Flynn's new lawyer files an emergency writ of mandamus to a superior court saying this has to happen. The DOJ has given the judge instructions.

Today, during the show, we have it here, the superior court, three judges have instructed Emmett Sullivan to respond within 10 days to the writ of mandamus and inviting the DOJ to also respond. What's your gut telling you? Where are we? Well, listen, one of the themes of this book is restoring the rule of law, including judges following the law. Right. Federal rules of criminal procedure, very clear that the judge has no discretion, no ability to have this indifferent proceeding. Other than that,

the other than to just accept that the DOJ has decided not to further pursue this, according to their prosecutorial discretion. And so therefore the judge needs to dismiss it. The, you know, sort of the case law is clear on this and the exceptions to that rule that I just said have no application to general.

But, but let me ask the naive, non, you know, the layman's question here. When is a judge allowed to be prosecutor?

He's not. There's no role for a judge to pursue a case. So the DOJ says there's no predicate, no crime was committed, withdraws their prosecutors from the courtroom. How can, how can it go up?
