Listen closely, because one small detail could make all the difference.

They described a mid-teen, Native American female with dark, wavy hair,

with either blonde or orange highlights in it.

They saw somebody on the passenger side of the vehicle

before it started rolling unoccupied across the freeway.

There were just a couple blocks from the river,

and Beth used to go down to the river and play with her siblings.

If you think you know something important, investigators want to hear from you.

Somebody somewhere knows what happened.

And for the family of a toddler who went missing decades ago,
