Have you ever felt like God called you to something

that you didn't have the insights to stand up to.

Sometimes I feel like the frames that we are committed to living within limit us from

fully experiencing the glory that is connected to our lives. Jeremiah 1 in 5 is one of my favorite scriptures.

This particular text is not very unfamiliar, but I think that that subsequent verse,

verse six is not something that we spend enough time focusing on.

Jeremiah's response to what the Lord says in this moment

says, oh, Lord God, behold, I cannot speak for I am a youth.

So if we go back to verse five, we see in verse five

that God is telling Jeremiah that before I formed you in the womb I knew you he's

trying to give him an insight into his identity he's telling him you you don't

know a version of you that I know there's a version of you that I know.

There's a version of you that I know

that has nothing to do with your body.

It's got nothing to do with what you're gonna look like.

It has nothing to do with how tall you're going to be. This is a version of
