On Christmas Eve of 2002, Scott Peterson left his pregnant wife Lacey at home to go on a fishing trip.

Scott returned home later that day to find his wife gone with no indication of where she may be.

Police found no evidence of foul play at the house, but clues quickly emerged to call

Scott's alibi into question.
