Jake Jordan is a renowned fly fishing guide and instructor who's been in the fishing

business for over 70 years.

Founder of STH Reels and world-class angler and early fly shop in the Florida Keys, Jake

has been at the forefront of many changes in the big game world.

I was born in Pennsylvania, just a town right outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which

everybody knows where Philadelphia is.

The Delaware River is one of the biggest rivers on the east coast, comes up from Cape

Maine, between New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and it comes up to Philadelphia.

It's about 80 miles up the river, but it's a big river and there are ships and everything

that go up there.

My dad worked for a company called Westinghouse, which was a big company.

I was born March 18, 1942, after World War II, my dad worked at Westinghouse for years

before that he was a machinist, and he worked on the largest milling machine in the world

that was owned and built by Westinghouse, and he designed and built turbines, machined

the turbines that if you've ever been on a tour of the Grand Cooley Dam, when you go
