past here in front of us yeah just insane this is just he has really put on a

demonstration not only did he break the Superman

position but he went further than as a result he's gone further than anybody's gone

last kind of the last wild weekend of bike racing we're gonna have for quite some

time I think it's the wrap up of both the men's and women's world

tour seasons we had an hour record we had a grout the first ever gravel

world championships yeah just all sorts of stuff going on.

I'm Quite tired.

I got home from Granson at I think 3 a.m. this morning and at a small person who had to be in school for 8 a.m.

So that was a difficult morning but still buzzing

from the fantastic New York record that we've seen so I'm empowering through.
