As is customary at the conclusion of the season, Brown's general manager and executive

vice president, Andrew Barry addressed the media. Here is that press conference now.

All right. Sit here in front of you with a season where we just

won three games. And I really share in our fans disappointment, frustration. I'm

embarrassed with the results that we've had as a team this year. Just plainly put, we didn't

meet expectations. Our decisions coming into, we didn't meet expectations.

Our decisions coming into the year didn't meet expectations.

And ultimately, that responsibility lies at my feet.

You know, thinking back a little bit to a year ago where we were coming off in 11-1 season

going into the playoffs, our goal has always been to perform at that level

or a higher level on a consistent basis.

And in order for us to do that, especially

as we look at this season, we really have to look at everything.

It's an objective and hard analysis

at each position group in the roster. It's, you know, looking at

what we're doing to put our players in the best position to be successful. It's looking about how

we practice, how we train to avoid, you know, the major losses that we've had in player

availability over the past couple years,

we really do have to look at everything. I think it probably goes without saying that to reach that level of consistency, you know, we have to have consistent availability and

consistent performance at the QB position as well. And that's something that's been

elusive for us for the past couple seasons. And that's something that we have to be able to fix in remedy.
