howdy howdy i i do have to make a correction i don't really consider the property tax amendment of

2010 a victory in fact um when i ran for governor in 2008, I warned against it, saying that, well,

I was saying all kinds of things, but I mean, that's just, just to be fair, people have

been tweaking property taxes for a long time, and there was a governor who even gave us,

you know, sort of a compromise, gave us, what is it, collective bargaining for

the teachers union, just for a temporary reprieve on property tax many years ago.

You are the only guy, Andy Horning, who could get a great compliment in the intro and go,

no, no, no, I'm not taking that. All right. So, look, we say that because in the moment when

property tax caps were instituted for a period of time, and I know this, I was a local elected official, there was a period where it did bring some level of stability and reliability to a system and helped a lot of people.
