Joe presents the House of Rugby, season three.

Here we go again, another packed show full of rugby chat and alongside me for this one,

John Fox Davis, who is fresh out of the Six Nations camp and he's decided to spend the

best part of an hour with us, his wife must be delighted.

And Sean O'Brien, who since the last show has had a birthday, so he's older but is he

any wiser will soon find out?

Sean, are you feeling older, wiser, acting your age, all of the above?

I think I'm getting younger to be fair.

I've been playing.

Yeah, I've subscribed to that during the week.

And heavy in my mind is gone that way, but not a body doesn't feel that.

The body feels like I'm getting a bit older but, um, that's 34, I think is a great age.

Um, I've been saying that since I've been about 28th, so I said 28, 29th, 30th, we're

great ages too.

So, um, no, I think, uh, genuinely, I think when you get into your turties, the dirty

turties, as they're called, isn't it?

Um, yeah, for you.

I think for everybody, but it's, um, it's definitely, I think you're very, you're very

comfortable with yourself and what you want to a life and where you're going and, um,

you're just more way more relaxed person.

And I think I'm definitely that.
