Whoo Casey it is hot out there

Yeah, it is Alex my god and we're expecting 105 degree temperatures this week in Portland

And you know if I'm going outside that sun going to burn my retinas. It's going to burn them to a crisp, Alex.

and I don't know where I would be in this blazing sun without them.

So this last weekend, Alex, I thought that I was going to be beating the heat.

Turns out the heat just waited until I got back

But I was driving and I was trying to get trying to get west before the sunset and the sun was right in my face.

He was right there and I was put down my shade as I'm driving and I'm like, okay, we're going to crush it and

it just went right below the shade. I'm just like, is there anything I can do and it turns out there was I pulled out my

wonderful wonderful good or sunglasses which you know Alex I will live and die by that's

right I put them on and I could finally see what I was looking at going down the road.

I sit outside, I saw, I came up to you today. You were sitting outside your place, you were reading in the sunshine.
