This week I get very real and emotional chatting about feeling anxious, mental struggles, etc. I admit how I've avoided talking about anxiety in the past even though it's been requested a lot because it requires me to be very raw and personal. I made this episode in hopes of relating to those of you who have similar struggles and for you to know that you're not alone. I explain what I now know makes me feel better on hard days and hope what helps me could help you too.
