Her circumstances, without question, are leading to some exhaustion and even uncertainty about how to navigate her day-to-day life. In this coaching call you hear Ashley explain her challenges, then work with me to slowly break down the issues, leaving with a plan to rebuild in a way that feels more aligned with who she is. Whether your pain point relates to having young children or not, the tools we sort through will undoubtedly help whatever struggle you are having. From creating even a small Do Something List, to finding exciting hobbies, then identifying a mantra to cling to, you can also leave this episode equipped with what you need to face your hard things head on.
