I hope I'm not the only one feeling that post Labor Day desire to overhaul my whole life. So, if you're like me I'm going to encourage us to lean in! Sometimes when we get a big idea, we dive right in hoping that our own will can carry us through. Whether your big idea is a new habit, routine, or system, you can be more successful if you actually take a little time to make a plan first. In this episode I'm sharing the new things I'm hoping to implement in my own home, including the grand scheme and also the small ways in which I'm kicking things off. By guiding you through what my plan looks like from far away, and up close, I will model for you how to do the same. And for good reason, I actually want you to lean in a bit, lean into forming some new habits

But in today's Graspert, I want to help you prevent yourself from making one of the most

common mistakes women make that gets in the way of these new habits, routines, and systems,

and prevent them from actually sticking.

It's a lack of a plan.

Let me give you two examples of how this typically happens.

First is a little bit more zoomed out to the big picture.

This is where you are looking big picture at all the new habits, routines, and systems

that you are going to put in place right now.

The biggest problem there is that you do not have a plan of attack.

Your plan is just to implement all the things all at once, and that will only lead you to

crashing and burning and then blaming yourself, which never feels good.
