Hungover anxiety.

If you take a bird's eye view of this podcast, those two words may be the easiest way to

describe it to a friend.

In fact, I used to talk so much about hangovers in the beginning episodes that new listeners

are people that were just unfamiliar with me or my brand.

They actually thought that it was too much.

In sure, I pivoted a little, but I've also never been one to let others totally dictate

the content that I put out on a regular basis.

Hungover anxiety for better or for worse is so well known that it is several different

terms associated with internet.

Hungziety, the Sunday Blues, the blackout blues, and of course, the Sunday Scaries.

But with all that being said, I don't like to pigeonhole the phrase Sunday Scaries by

solely associating it with drinking.

It just doesn't really make sense to me.

As I've grown out of my party days, I've also had the welcome realization that anxiety

doesn't just stem from not remembering that last vodka soda from the night before.

Money, relationships, personal fulfillment, everything funnels down into the idea surrounding

a topic at hand.

But after doing this for the better part of seven years, a sleepless night this past week

yielded some unexpected productivity.
