One that I did when I first was learning how to meet women in person.

And then I would repeat it a few times as I was getting in and out of relationships in the past 15 years.

So I would do a lot of approaching and online dating.

And then I would get into a relationship and when the relationship would end, I'd kind of get back into approaching again.

And it's good to have a challenge like this because you tend to lose steam when you're first starting this off.

Meaning when you get back into approaching after you haven't done it for a long time, it's difficult.

It can be very challenging because the nerves are back there.

You don't remember exactly how you did it last time.

I mean, it's like any skill when you stop something and you don't do it for a while.

You know, the muscle memory might be there a little bit, but you're not exactly back to where you once were.

And the longer you stay away from something, the muscle memory starts to lose its memory.

So if you get into a relationship, let's say, for five years and you have an approach to a woman in five years, well,

you're going to be at that point where it's going to be a little tough.

And so you can use this whenever you want, really.

You can use this today. You can use this later on if you get out of a relationship and you need to get back out there.
