I spent seven years studying to become a monk and then became a psychiatrist.

I want to tell you a little bit about my podcast, Healthy G.G.

Where we combine my clinical experience of practicing psychiatry and sprinkle in years of

experiences of meditation teacher and sort of focus on spirituality.

So on the podcast we're going to approach very common everyday problems from each of these lenses.
