Lin Yu Ting and their gold medal wins in Olympic women's boxing. And my analysis of the current

situation, is there a performance enhancing advantage? Is it literally what people are speculating

it to be where there are biologic men making it into the

Olympics competing against women and fighting them and punching them in the head. That is what

a lot of the internet has run with. And I feel like there's a lot of missing information though,

which I hope to at least elucidate to give more takeaways that could be informative for the situation

and kind of give my stance on it. So basically, these two individuals have been disqualified

previously last year for failing a gender verification test where purportedly they were verified

to be biologic men. It seems like the Imani

situation has gotten a lot bigger though in that despite the fact that they have a pretty similar

situation, they both were disqualified for the same thing. Imani had one of, I figure which round it was,

but one of one of the opponents basically quit midmatch

because she claimed she has never been hit that hard in her life. So in the middle of the Olympics,

literally just throwing in the towel mid fight because you've never been hit that hard. And then

this individual comes out shortly after that they've failed a gender verification test and they've been disqualified

within the last year from competing. The internet went absolutely haywire. And objectively,

both of these individuals, Lynn and Imani, look more masculine than most females. We can say

with relative certainty that most people would agree that they look a little bit more

masculine than the average female. So all of these factors together, you know, it's a shitstorm.

So Imane and Lynn, as far as I know, have never identified as transgender or intersex, but they
